제1조 (목적 및 동의)

본 약관은 Dopaminz(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 모바일 게임 4 Blocks(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 이용자가 서비스를 설치·실행하거나 계정을 생성·로그인하면 본 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제2조 (서비스 이용)

• 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 광고를 포함합니다.
• 로그인 없이 게스트(오프라인)로 플레이할 수 있고, 로그인 시 랭킹 등 온라인 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 운영자는 서비스의 내용·기능을 개선을 위해 변경하거나 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (계정과 닉네임)

• 이용자는 정확한 정보로 계정을 유지할 책임이 있습니다.
• 닉네임은 타인에게 모욕적·불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 표현을 사용할 수 없습니다. 운영자는 부적절한 닉네임·기록을 사전 통지 없이 수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (게임 내 재화)

게임 내 코인·젬·아이템 등(이하 “게임 재화”)은 서비스 내에서만 사용되는 가상의 데이터로, 현금 가치가 없으며 현금·재산으로 환급되지 않습니다. 게임 재화는 양도·판매할 수 없으며, 관련 법령이 정한 경우를 제외하고 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

제5조 (금지 행위)

• 비정상적인 방법(변조, 핵, 매크로, 버그 악용 등)으로 게임 기록·랭킹을 조작하는 행위
• 서비스·서버에 과도한 부하를 유발하거나 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 타인의 계정 도용 또는 권리 침해
• 법령 또는 본 약관에 위반되는 행위

위반 시 운영자는 기록 삭제, 랭킹 제외, 이용 제한 또는 계정 정지 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (지식재산권)

서비스 및 그 콘텐츠(디자인, 코드, 그래픽, 음향 등)에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·2차적 저작물 작성 등에 이용할 수 없습니다.

제7조 (책임의 한계)

서비스는 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공됩니다. 운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 제3자 서비스(인증·광고 등)의 문제, 이용자 기기 환경 등 운영자의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (약관의 변경)

운영자는 필요 시 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제9조 (준거법 및 분쟁)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따라 해결합니다.

1. Purpose & Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the mobile game 4 Blocks (the “Service”) provided by Dopaminz (“we”, “operator”). By installing, launching, or creating an account / signing in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Service

• The Service is provided free of charge and includes advertising.
• You may play as a guest (offline) without signing in; signing in enables online features such as the leaderboard.
• We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service to improve it.

3. Accounts & Nicknames

• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
• Nicknames must not be offensive, unlawful, or infringe others’ rights. We may edit or remove inappropriate nicknames/records without prior notice.

4. In-Game Items

In-game coins, gems, and items (“virtual items”) are virtual data usable only within the Service. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or property, cannot be transferred or sold, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Manipulating game records/rankings by abnormal means (modification, hacks, macros, exploiting bugs, etc.)
• Placing excessive load on the Service/servers or disrupting normal operation
• Impersonating others or infringing their rights
• Any act that violates the law or these Terms

We may delete records, exclude entries from rankings, restrict use, or suspend accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service and its content (design, code, graphics, audio, etc.) belong to the operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, network failures, issues with third-party services (authentication, ads), or your device environment.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
