4 Blocks 이용자는 본인의 계정과 계정에 연결된 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 방법으로 요청해 주시면 처리해 드립니다.

1. 삭제 요청 방법

아래 이메일로 가입한 이메일(또는 로그인에 사용한 소셜 계정 이메일)과 닉네임을 적어 “계정 삭제”를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리합니다.

2. 삭제되는 데이터

프로필	닉네임
게임 기록	점수, 게임 모드, 랭킹(리더보드) 기록

위 데이터는 인증·랭킹 백엔드(Supabase)에서 삭제됩니다.

3. 보관되는 데이터(예외)

관련 법령에서 보관을 요구하는 최소한의 기록(예: 문의 대응 이력)이 있는 경우 법정 기간 동안만 보관 후 파기합니다. 그 외 보관하는 항목은 없습니다.

4. 처리 기간

요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 최대 30일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고, 완료 시 회신드립니다.

5. 기기에 저장된 데이터

설정값·로컬 점수·로그인 세션 등 기기 내부(PlayerPrefs)에만 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제(언인스톨)하면 함께 제거됩니다.

Users of 4 Blocks may request deletion of their account and the data linked to it. Submit a request using the method below and we will process it.

1. How to Request Deletion

Email us with the email you signed up with (or the social-login account email) and your nickname, asking to delete your account. We process after verifying your identity.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

The above is deleted from our authentication / leaderboard backend (Supabase).

3. Data That May Be Retained (Exceptions)

Where the law requires retention (e.g., inquiry handling records), we keep only the minimum for the legally required period, then delete it. Nothing else is retained.

4. Processing Time

Deletion is completed within 30 business days of the request, and we reply on completion.

5. Data Stored on Your Device

Data stored only on your device (settings, local scores, login session in PlayerPrefs) is removed when you uninstall the app.
