1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the Dongle Mart app ("the app") and the rights and obligations of the user and the developer.
2. Acceptance and changes
- These terms take effect when you install and use the app.
- If the terms change, the change and its effective date will be posted on this page. Changes unfavourable to users will be announced at least seven days in advance.
- If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may stop using the app by deleting it.
3. The service
- A collection of one-handed mini-games
- Per-game high scores and weekly leaderboards
- Daily missions, coins, and costume collection
- Rewarded ads that the user chooses to watch
4. Accounts
The app requires no sign-up. An anonymous identifier is issued automatically so the device can take part in the weekly leaderboard; it contains no personal information.
5. In-game currency
- Coins are earned only through gameplay and mission rewards. They cannot be purchased with money and have no cash value.
- Coins and costumes are stored only on the user's device.
- Items lost through app deletion, device reset, or changing devices cannot be restored.
- Coins and costumes cannot be traded or transferred between users.
6. Advertising
- The app serves rewarded ads through Google AdMob.
- Ads play only when the user chooses to watch one. No ad blocks or interrupts gameplay.
- The reward is granted only if the ad is watched to the end. Closing it early grants nothing.
- Ad content is supplied by Google. The developer is not responsible for the content of individual ads. If you see an inappropriate ad, please contact us and we will request that it be blocked.
7. User obligations
You must not:
- Reverse-engineer or modify the app, or manipulate scores by abnormal means
- Use automation tools to play games or watch ads
- Place an excessive load on the servers
- Infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law
Confirmed violations may result in deletion of the relevant leaderboard entry or restriction from the leaderboard.
8. Changes to and suspension of the service
- The developer may change game balance, composition, and features. Difficulty and reward values may be adjusted without prior notice.
- Online features such as leaderboards may be suspended or discontinued due to maintenance, faults, or business decisions. The games themselves remain playable.
- If the service is discontinued entirely, notice will be posted on this page at least 30 days in advance.
9. Intellectual property
The app's name, logo, characters, graphics, music, and code belong to the developer. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it.
Sound effects are CC0 (public domain) assets from Kenney. Body text uses Pretendard and headings use Baloo 2, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
10. Disclaimer
- The app is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that it will operate without error or be fit for any particular purpose.
- The developer is not liable for damage arising from causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or problems with the user's device.
- The developer has no obligation to restore lost on-device data.
- This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
