Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nonstop mobile application ("Service") provided by Merge4 ("Company"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  1. Service: The university community platform provided by the Company, including timetable management, bulletin boards, messaging, friend networking, and related features.
  2. User: Any individual who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. Member: A User who has registered an account with the Service.
  4. Content: Any text, images, or other information posted by Users within the Service.

3. Changes to Terms

  1. These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or communicated to Users by other means.
  2. The Company may revise these Terms as needed, provided the changes comply with applicable laws. Revised Terms will be announced within the Service at least 7 days before taking effect.
  3. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

4. Account Registration

  1. You may register using an email address, Google account, or Apple account.
  2. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You may not register using another person's identity or information.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and may not transfer or share your account with others.
  4. The Company may refuse registration or terminate your account if you:
    • Use another person's information
    • Provide false information
    • Violate these Terms

6. Service Changes and Suspension

  1. The Company may modify or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons.
  2. Users will be notified in advance of any changes or suspension. In cases of unavoidable circumstances, notification may be provided afterward.
  3. The Company may change or discontinue any free services without separate compensation.

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  1. Copyright of Content posted by Users within the Service belongs to the respective User.
  2. The Company may remove, relocate, or refuse to post Content without prior notice if it:
    • Defames or damages the reputation of other Users or third parties
    • Violates public order or morals
    • Is related to criminal activity
    • Infringes on the Company's or third parties' copyrights or other rights
    • Otherwise violates applicable laws

9. Account Deletion and Restrictions

  1. Members may request account deletion at any time through the Service settings. The Company will process the deletion promptly.
  2. The Company may restrict Service access or suspend accounts if a User violates these Terms.
  3. Upon account deletion, personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

  1. The Company is not liable for Service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or war.
  2. The Company is not responsible for Service disruptions caused by the User's own negligence.
  3. The Company is not liable for any failure of Users to achieve expected results from using the Service.
  4. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between Users or between Users and third parties arising through the Service, and bears no responsibility for resulting damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  2. Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a competent court.
